The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of The Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500. This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation form The Town of Amherstburg (“Town”) to Bidders to prepare and submit competitive offers for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials for the HVAC removal and replacement of the three (3) existing rooftop units located at 99 Thomas Rd as further described in the Terms of Reference attached hereto as Appendix A. These units have electric heating and cooling coils, and are to be replaced with electric heating and cooling coil units. |
