The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of The Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500.

The Town of Amherstburg wishes to perform maintenance on the Jeths Drain which include but is not limited to, open channel improvements, channel enclosure, and culvert replacements.
