The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of The Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500. In accordance with By-Law #2022-007 “Yard Maintenance” (Dirty Yard), The Town of Amherstburg is seeking qualified contractor(s) to furnish all labour and equipment for dirty yard cleaning which includes trimming, cutting and removal of grass, weeds, bushes, hedges and trees, removal and proper disposal of garbage, debris, and yard waste, and may also include the removal of standing water on private property. This service will be provided throughout The Town of Amherstburg, as and when required, as directed by the By-law Enforcement Division of the Licensing and Enforcement Dept. The Town of Amherstburg will implement a roster system for Yard Maintenance using the pre-qualified contractors. |
