The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of The Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500.

 

The Town of Amherstburg (“Town”) is seeking submissions from interested parties regarding the Belle Vue Estate (“Belle Vue”), located at 525 Dalhousie Street, Amherstburg, Ontario. The project is envisioned as part of a larger development opportunity designed to enrich the area and restore the historical building.  Submissions should strive to address the needs of the Town more broadly, while respecting the need for historical compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood.
