The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of The Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500. The Town of Amherstburg is looking to retain qualified legal counsel on an as-needed basis for each of the following practice areas:
The Town of Amherstburg invites interested individuals and law firms to submit written proposals to provide outside legal counsel services for the Town in any or all of the above noted practice areas on a contractual basis for a (3) three-year period, with an option to renew annually for an additional 2 years, to a total of 5 years, upon mutual consent of both parties under the same terms and conditions. Rates will remain the same throughout the length of the contract. |
