The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of the Town of Amherstburg is just over 23,500. The Town of Amherstburg wishes to seek out qualified contractors to submit tenders for infrastructure improvements involving watermain, sanitary, and storm sewer systems along George and Seymour Street. This project aims to enhance the town's municipal services, ensuring the efficient management of water resources, sanitation, and stormwater runoff. The work generally involves the installation of new precast concrete manholes, catch basins, pipe connections, fire hydrants, road base and surface, cubs and gutter and sidewalk. |
