The Town of Amherstburg is located in Southwestern Ontario, approximately 30 kilometers southwest of the City of Windsor and is one of seven lower‐tier municipalities in the County of Essex. The current population of the Town of Amherstburg is just over 21,000. The Town of Amherstburg is seeking Proposals from qualified multi-disciplinary Consulting Firms to provide Engineering Services for refurbishment / repurposing of an existing sanitary pump station on Boblo Island and sanitary forcemain from the pumping station to a location on the mainland where it will tie into the Town’s sanitary system, as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).The Proponent will provide all engineering and construction administrative services, materials and equipment necessary to prepare contract drawings and specifications for the works outlined in this RFP. The Proponent will be under the direct supervision of the Town of Amherstburg Engineering and Public Works Department. |
